-Add an Affresh tablet and run the dishwasher through a clean cycle.
RANGE AND OVEN:
-Test GAS supply for leaks and bubble test regulator and safety valve [if accessible]
-Bake Broil Electronic Ignition And Operation
- Take amp draw for gas igniters (slide in ranges)
-Adjust the Air/Fuel Ratio If Necessary
-Safety Valve Resistance And Operation
-Inspection of the Door Seal/Gasket For Leaks
-Inspection of the Door Hinge Operation
-Check the Tempuratures of the bake cycle, and calibrate if needed.
-Check the operation of the broil element.
-Check Burners for Proper operation between heat settings.
-Check All Fan Operations, Convection And Cooling Fans Inspection of All Electrical Connections That Are Accessible
REFRIGERATOR
-Check the Temperatures of the freezer and refrigerator -Check and Clean the condenser coils
-Check the amp draw on the compressor.
-Check the automatic defrost cycle (we will need access to the rear of the freezer)
-Check door gaskets for air leaks and rips. (use of heat to reform the gasket if necessary)
-Clean the defrost evaporation pan
-Check the defrost drain for blockage and leaks. (snake to unclog if necessary) Ensure proper Level the cabinet/doors
-Check for proper operation of the Ice and Water dispenser.
