Service Breakdown
Washer Maintenance:
-Inspection of belts, hoses, rubber seals, bellows, and suspension rods.
-Run diagnostics cycle to ensure all functions including fill, spin, and drain.
-Ensure washer is properly leveled.
-Check for leaks.
-Inspect electrical systems and secure any loose connections.
-Clean drain filter (if equipped).
-Clean washer with an Affresh Washer Cleaner tablet .
Dryer Maintenance :
-Check the internal drying temperatures.
-Open the dryer and clean all the lint and debris.
-Inspection for wear and tear on rollers, belts, filters, bearings and other potential risks.
-Inspect any electrical systems and secure loose connections.
-Check the airflow and ensure the exhaust vent is not bent or obstructed (if applicable).
-Ensure the dryer is level with the ground.

Ventless/All -in-One
We understand that costs can add up, and we want to be transparent with you. For Ventless Dryers and All-in-One Washer/Dryer units, there is an additional $200 charge* for cleaning the condenser and evaporator coils. This is necessary to ensure optimal performance and efficiency, as these components can build up lint and debris over time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we promise it's worth the investment to keep your appliances running smoothly for the long haul. Thank you for your understanding!
