Washing Machine

• Inspection of belts, hoses, rubber seals bellows, and suspension rods along with any other "wear and tear". 

• Run diagnostics cycle to ensure all functions, including fill, spin, and drain cycles.

• Ensure Washer is properly leveled

• Check for leaks.

• Inspect electrical systems and secure any loose connections.

• Clean drain filter if equipped.

• Clean washer with an Affresh Washer Cleaner tablet.

Dishwasher

• Inspect door seal for wear and tear.

• Inspect spray arms for any cracks and clogs.

• Verify water valve operation.

• Verify circulation and motor operation using "cup test".

• Verify correct amp draw during the heating cycle.

• Verify drain operation.

• Inspection of air gaps, and drain hose high loop.

• Add an Affresh tablet and run the dishwasher through a clean cycle.

Oven and Range

• Test gas supply for leaks and perform bubble test on the regulator and safety valve (if accessible).

• Inspect bake, broil, and electronic ignition operation.

• Measure amp draw for gas igniters (slide-in ranges) and adjust air/fuel ratio if needed.

• Check safety valve resistance and operation.

• Inspect door seal/gasket for leaks and door hinge function.

• Verify bake cycle temperatures and calibrate if necessary.

• Test broil element and burners across heat settings.

• Ensure proper operation of all fans (convection and cooling).

• Inspect all accessible electrical connections.

Dryer

• Check the internal drying temperatures.

• Open the dryer and remove lint and debris found in the machine.

• Inspect for wear and tear on rollers, belts, filters, bearings and other internal components.

• Inspect electrical systems and secure loose connections.

• Check the airflow to ensure the exhaust vent is not bent or obstructed.

• Ensure the dryer is level with the ground.

Refrigerator

• Check the defrost drain for blockage and leaks. (snake to unclog if necessary)

• Level the cabinet/doors Check for proper operation of the Ice and Water dispenser.
